If you are in law enforcement, there are times when you can really bizarre calls. A Similar thing happened with this young officer  of the Norman, Oklahoma police department. Kyle Canaan got a rather strange call on Tuesday morning informing him that a lost donkey had wandered into a busy road. It was a risk for both the donkey and the busy traffic as there was a risk of an accident.

So, Kyle went to see the Donkey and arrived at the Scene.

He soon realised that only way to get the donkey off the road was to take him to a safer place.

A bystander who had called the police agreed to keep the donkey in her property until its owners are found

So Kyle gave him a ride in his cruiser for about 4 miles to the bystander’s property. They became good friends during the journey and Donkey was named Squishy.

When Kyle and Squishy parted ways, Squishy left him a very special present in the backseat of the cruiser

“It used the bathroom in the back of my police car – number two,” “I mean, I must have got it right after breakfast, because there was a lot.”

The donkey is still at the bystander’s property until its owners are found.
