We, at LayZeeBee, are delighted to know about a Machine that washes, dries and folds our clothes. All you need to do is put in your clothes, add detergent, press a button, Watch TV for an hour, come back and take out your clothes neatly folded. Finally, someone is thinking about lazy asses!
Toss your dirty clothes for Washing and drying
Put your freshly washed shirt in the Laundroid
Take it out 5 minutes later
Voila! A Perfect fold
Laundroid is an ongoing research product which was showcased at CEATEC Consumer electronics show at Tokyo this year. The Company will initially start offering pre-orders next year and by 2019, they plan to have a full retail launch. The folding device demonstrated at the show is roughly the size of a fridge. All you need to do is toss your clothes inside the machine and 5 minutes later, neatly folded clothes appear out of an automated door! The tech involved behind this first uses an image analyzer to determine the type of clothing and then send appropriate instructions to the robotic machine to take appropriate action.
This isn’t all. If you inner LayZeeBeeing was not satisfied with this, don’t worry. The company plans to build a device by 2020 that will allow you to dump your dirty clothes from any part of your house and they will be washed, dried, folder and then magically appear in the appropriate drawer too! Now, that would be something!
