They are realistic optimists. They will face the situation, however difficult it might be, and not just say I can’t do it and run away. Optimism and having a positive attitude is the key to strong mental health and a happy life.

This is the key to happiness. Mentally strong people accept that everything in life cannot be the best and they appreciate their life. It is well said “May you always remember that obstacles in the path are not obstacles, they are the path”.
